We’re confident that you’ll love your new Tracayalbert product, however if not 100% satisfied we offer free returns/exchanges on full priced, unused items within 30 days from the purchase date.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if items are in original, resellable condition, and in its original unmarked box with hang tags. If returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item(s) back to you. Return courier charges are at the cost of the customer.
